2025 18ers Membership Application Form

For Sponsored Guests ONLY

Welcome to the registration page for the Women's 18-Hole Golf Club! Our season begins in March and continues through mid-November. 

• Fees as a Sponsored Guest must be paid to the Golf Shop *before* we can accept 18ers membership.
• Submit an Online Membership Application Form for Sponsored Guests. Your credit card will not be charged until the 1) Golf Shop notifies us that you have paid and 2) there is still room available. (Sponsored Guests are limited to 10% of the 18ers membership.)
• 18ers membership will be accepted in the order received from the Golf Shop confirmation of paid fees. Your credit card will be charged at that time.

A welcome orientation will be arranged by our Membership Chair if you are new to our club.  You will be assigned a mentor to assist you with questions and get you started with the club activities. 

If you do not have a GHIN, you must submit attested scorecards reflecting 54 holes played on any course made up of any combination of 9- or 18-hole rounds.  These scorecards can be provided to the Membership Chair or handed in at the Pro Shop. Once your scorecards are received, your GHIN# will be activated by the Handicap Chair.

The dues for 2025 are $110 and cover the following: 

$46 for NCGA dues:  provides handicap and GHIN support.

$64 for 18ers dues:  provides support to 18ers club activities including Thursday prizes, social events, and administration.

In addition to the dues, there are four optional payments for Birdies, EC, Chip-Ins, and Hole-in-One insurance.  Each is $5. These will optional costs will appear after you complete your primary information.
