Registration for New Members

Welcome to the registration page for the Women's 18-Hole Golf Club! Our season begins in March and continues through mid-November.  If you are new to our club, a welcome orientation will be arranged by our Membership Chair and you will be assigned a mentor to assist you with questions and get you started with the club activities. 

If you do not have a GHIN, you must submit attested scorecards reflecting 54 holes played on any course made up of any combination of 9- or 18-hole rounds.  Your scorecards can be handed to the Membership Chair or to the Pro Shop. Once your scorecards are received, your GHIN# will be activated by the Handicap Chair.

The dues for 2025 are $110 and cover the following: 

$46 for NCGA dues:  provides handicap and GHIN support.

$64 for 18ers dues:  provides support to 18ers club activities including Thursday prizes, social events, and administration.

In addition to the dues, there are four optional payments for Birdies, EC, Chip-Ins, and Hole-in-One insurance.  Each is $5. These will optional costs will appear after you complete your primary information.
